J065--Indy Stretcher Maintenance

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance for 125 Stryker Prime Stretchers at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be required to provide a service plan that includes replacement parts, labor, travel, and annual PM inspections for each stretcher. The contractor will also be required to provide a service report for work done and parts used on each stretcher serviced. • The contractor must be able to provide credentials and certification of their field service engineers (FSEs) upon award. • The contractor must coordinate three days a week to visit the hospital and handle any corrective maintenance as well as complete PMs on each stretcher. • The contractor must be able to provide discounted mattress replacements as needed. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and complete annual Representations and Certifications in SAM prior to any offer.
