The City of Westminster is seeking bids for the installation of new roofs on four city buildings: the Water Treatment Plant, the City Police Department Building, the Wastewater Treatment Plant Buildings (Chlorine Building and Digestor Building), and the Utility Maintenance Building. The project involves removing existing roofs, inspecting and replacing damaged materials, and installing new roofing systems. The contractor will be required to provide a 20-year manufacturer warranty for the newly installed roofs and a 5-year guarantee for the work performed.
