Pleasant Run Road Wastewater Rehabilitation

The City of Lancaster is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the Pleasant Run Road Wastewater Rehabilitation Project. The project includes the installation of new PVC sewer line, rehabilitation of manholes, concrete pavement restoration, and associated improvements. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work as described in the line items. The project is expected to commence upon award of the contract and must be substantially completed within 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. • The project scope includes mobilization and trench safety measures, installation of approximately 647 LF of 8-inch SDR-26 PVC sewer pipe, rehabilitation of 17 manholes, and pavement and sidewalk replacement. • The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience with delivering successful wastewater line rehabilitation/installation/construction projects for a municipal or local government entity. • The contractor must provide a total project cost as a not to exceed (NTE) amount, which will be the legally binding amount for this project. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities.
