Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Janitorial Services at the CHP Garberville Area office. The scope of work includes cleaning and janitorial services, and the contract term is anticipated to be effective from March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of liability insurance and maintain a valid certificate of Commercial General Liability Insurance.
• The contract requires a mandatory walk-through on March 16, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. at the Garberville Area office.
• Bidders must submit questions via email to Pesarlai Mukhtar by March 20, 2026.
• The bid package must be received by the Department of California Highway Patrol, Business Services Section, Contract Services Unit, by March 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• The contract award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder that offers the lowest cost.
• The successful bidder will be required to comply with the DVBE participation requirements and provide proof of registration with the DIR.
