Description
The State of Tennessee Department of Education seeks a professional services firm to design, organize, and deliver a comprehensive set of tutoring‑support convenings for local education agencies. The contractor will manage an annual statewide in‑person training, three regional in‑person convenings, two virtual convenings, and produce 12‑24 instructional videos, handling all logistics, venue procurement, technology support, recordings, and compliance with accessibility and data‑security standards. The effort is an eight‑month contract ending June 30 2027 with a maximum contract liability of $2 million.
• Provide venue selection, catering, AV, and travel reimbursements for LEA leaders for the statewide and regional events.
• Produce, edit, and deliver video sets (4K, accessible, raw and final files) and related training materials compliant with Section 508.
• Coordinate bi‑weekly virtual meetings, submit drafts ≥ 60 days and final materials ≥ 45 days before publication, and ensure all deliverables meet State branding, FERPA, and NIST 800‑53 security requirements.
