Appraisal Services, Twin Rivers Section 108 Loan - Collateral Valuation

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is seeking appraisal services for the Twin Rivers Section 108 Loan collateral portfolio. The selected contractor will provide independent market valuations for properties associated with the portfolio, which will support internal financial analysis, financing considerations, and potential future HUD-related submissions. The scope of work includes appraising properties on an individual basis, providing Market Value (As-Is) for each property, and complying with USPAP and FIRREA requirements. The contractor will be required to provide detailed pricing information, including a breakdown of labor categories, rates, and materials. The agency intends to award one agreement for a term not exceeding five years, with the option to extend or renew the agreement.
