Scope of Work:
· Primary Work: Removal of East 128th Street Pedestrian Bridge over 3rd Avenue and capital street improvements in the vicinity.
· Included Tasks: Streetscape improvements, sewers, water mains, street lighting, and traffic work.
· Environmental Handling: Management of lead paint removal (Section 832), worker protection, and waste handling for toxic metals.
· Monitoring: Vibration monitoring of existing buildings during staged demolition (Section 9.71 WBB)
