Fuel Bid - University of Wyoming

The University of Wyoming is requesting bids from suppliers for the purchase of a fuel supply for University Fleet Services and possibly University Energy Production. The bid includes the provision of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel to various locations on the university campus. The contract will be awarded on an all-or-nothing basis, and the bidder must be capable of making full delivery of the required fuel. • The fuel supply must meet specific quality standards, including 10% ethanol for unleaded gasoline and CARB ultra-low sulfur for diesel fuel. • The contractor shall be responsible for delivering the fuel to the specified locations and shall be liable for any damages caused by contaminated fuel or fuel not in compliance with specifications. • The contract term is from the date of award to June 30, 2026, with the option for renewal. • The university reserves the right to terminate the contract without cause upon 10 days' written notice. • The contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the university and its employees from any claims arising from the services performed under the contract.
