MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONS EQUIPMENT, PARTS AND SUPPLIES

McKinney Independent School District is seeking proposals for Maintenance & Operations Equipment, Parts, and Supplies. The district aims to establish annual contracts with one or more vendors capable of providing a diverse range of maintenance and operations equipment, parts, and supplies to support day-to-day operations across all district facilities. The scope of this contract includes equipment, parts, and supplies, but excludes services such as installation, setup, maintenance, or labor. Vendors are required to provide clear and open communication, on-time delivery, warranty and service documentation, and compliance with relevant local, state, and federal standards for safety, energy efficiency, and environmental impact. • Equipment: HVAC, boilers, water heaters, pumps, electrical systems, plumbing equipment, lawn care and landscape maintenance equipment, janitorial equipment, hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in maintenance tasks • Parts: HVAC components, electrical parts, plumbing parts, replacement parts for machinery and tools, safety equipment and supplies, vehicle parts • Supplies and Consumables: general maintenance supplies, plumbing and electrical materials, hardware and fasteners, building materials, painting supplies, swimming pool supplies, chemicals and treatment solutions, vehicle supplies
