Description
The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide sound enhancement with safety & intercom system services at various Springfield Public Schools, including Rebecca Johnson Elementary School, Brookings Elementary School, and Kensington International School. The estimated values of the bids are approximately $250,000.00 for Rebecca Johnson Elementary School and Brookings Elementary School, and $125,000.00 for Kensington International School. Site visits are strongly encouraged, and all questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement by April 22, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
• The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts.
• MA DLS Prevailing Wage rates apply.
• The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
