1382 LANDMARK MONUMENT

The City of Cedar Hill is seeking a contractor to fabricate, install, and illuminate a new landmark monument. The scope includes designing and constructing a pier‑and‑beam foundation, providing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment, installing electrical connections, lighting, and any ancillary work required. All work must comply with NCTCOG specifications, the City’s addenda, TxDOT’s MUTCD, and, where applicable, TxDOT standards for work within its right‑of‑way. • Complete design‑build installation of the monument, foundation, and lighting system. • Must follow NCTCOG, City of Cedar Hill, and TxDOT (MUTCD) standards. • Mandatory pre‑bid teleconference on July 20 2026; bid deadline September 9 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
