Description
The Tualatin Valley Water District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide water meter testing, inspection, maintenance, and repair services. The contract is expected to be awarded to one contractor, but the District reserves the right to award more or fewer contracts. The proposer will be responsible for all costs associated with preparing a proposal. The District encourages potential proposers to attend an optional pre-proposal conference.
• The proposal must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on August 28, 2025.
• Proposers must request the bid documents on Bid Locker and have an approved vendor profile.
• The District reserves the right to cancel the RFP, reject any and all proposals, and negotiate a contract with the highest-scoring proposers.
• The proposer is responsible for obtaining all addenda and ensuring their Bid Locker District vendor profile is active and approved.
