On-Call General Engineering Services

The Sacramento County Water Agency is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide on-call general engineering services for capital improvement and facility projects. The services may include mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, fiber optic, and control systems engineering. The selected firm will provide design engineering services, bidding and construction support services, general engineering and advisory services, and coordination and administration. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to extend. • The scope of work includes treatment plant design and upgrades, equipping well sites, site improvements, transmission main design, and associated electrical and structural systems. • The proposer must have experience with water capital improvement projects, construction support, and public agency support. • The evaluation criteria include responsiveness, qualification and resources of the firm, project team experience and fit, past performance and reference checks, and rate schedule.
