The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking bids for unarmed security guard services at the Northern California Youth Correctional Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing security guards, a patrol vehicle, uniforms, and other equipment necessary to provide identification checks, screening, access control, and random security checks. The contract is expected to commence upon approval and end on November 30, 2028. • The contractor must meet all qualifications and licensing requirements at the time of the bid opening. • The contractor must provide rate(s) on the Rate Sheet (Exhibit B-1). • The contractor must submit a completed Bidder Declaration (GSPD-05-105) to confirm the level of DVBE participation. • The contractor must comply with all requirements prescribed in the IFB, including the DVBE incentive program and the Small Business Preference Program.
