Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the requirements for the contractor. The project includes the construction of new athletic fields, a recreation park, and associated facilities, which can be a significant undertaking. The contractor must demonstrate successful completion of at least three athletic field or park construction projects of similar scope and complexity within the past ten years, which suggests that the project may require a substantial investment. Based on these factors, the budget for this project could be in the range of $5,000,000 to $15,000,000. The actual budget will depend on the proposals submitted by contractors and the evaluation criteria used by the City of Kingsland.
