The Summit County Government seeks a qualified general contractor to execute a “refresh” interior renovation of the South Branch Library in Breckenridge, CO. The work includes demolition, relocation and storage of existing bookshelves and furniture, installation of new shelving, cabinetry, a larger utility sink, flooring, painting, and coordination of subcontracted flooring and cabinetry trades. The contractor must manage a tight schedule—one‑month overall duration with no more than two weeks of on‑site construction impact—and provide bonds if the bid exceeds $50,000, a 2‑year warranty, and 10 % retainage.
