The Indian Health Service (IHS) Phoenix Area Office is seeking quotations for four (4) MIC Panda iRES warmers, including U.S. MIC installation and training, to be delivered to the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. The requirement is for brand‑new equipment only, must be sourced from an authorized OEM distributor, and the vendor must be a qualified small business (100% set‑aside). Shipping is FOB destination and must be included in the quoted price. Invoices are to be submitted electronically through the Federal Treasury’s Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
