Description
The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide lodging and functional rooms for a DOJ-OPDAT event in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, in January 2026. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price in Indonesian Rupiah and include all labor, materials, overhead, and profit in their pricing. The contractor will be responsible for providing meeting package services, including room, equipment, and food and beverage services, as well as lodging rooms with breakfast and Wi-Fi connection. The contractor must also provide a photo group package and estimated cost for additional services. The contractor must submit their offer in Adobe PDF format, with a maximum single email size of 10 Megabytes, to [email protected].
