Landscape Maintenance Services for 11th Street, South Side of Lincoln Mall

The City of Lincoln is seeking a contractor to provide landscape maintenance services for the 11th Street, South Side of Lincoln Mall area. The services include care and maintenance of landscaping, manually watering, fertilizing, weeding, pruning, spraying, removal and replacement of dead plantings. The contractor must have experience in performing landscape maintenance services similar in material, design, and extent to that required for the contracted area. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive vendor whose bid substantially meets all of the required specifications, duties, terms, and conditions. • The contractor must provide all equipment, labor, materials, fuel, lubricants, repair, maintenance, etc. to perform required landscape maintenance services. • The contractor must maintain existing functions at the facility and protect the general public, employees, and buildings against damage during all portions of the project. • The contractor must provide landscape maintenance services and submit required inspection reports in a timely and efficient manner as stipulated in the service agreement. • The contractor must protect all existing plant materials and replace any or all damaged landscape at no cost to the City resulting from landscape maintenance work done by the contractor.
