The City of San Antonio is seeking qualified respondents to lease and occupy two adjacent retail suites (total 607.6 sq ft) at 801 and 803 E. Riverwalk. The lease will be for retail sales and/or services only, with a base rent plus a percentage of gross sales. Vendors must register in the SAePS system, attend an optional pre‑submittal Webex on Jan 16, and may attend an optional site visit on Jan 29. Evaluation will be based on experience, proposed plan, local‑preference points, and veteran‑owned small‑business status. The award is expected in April 2026, with a 3‑6‑month build‑out period before rent commences.
