Security Assistance Mentors and Cultural Advisors (SAMA) SAMA 3.0 for USMILGP-Iraq

The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking sources for the Security Assistance Mentors and Cultural Advisors (SAMA 3.0) program to assist the military and civilian personnel engaged in mentoring and assisting the Government of Iraq. The primary objective is to help the Iraqi Ministry of Defense, Counter Terrorism Service, and Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs build self-reliant, sustainable systems and improve their ability to organize, train, equip, and sustain all Iraqi Security Forces. • The SAMA services will be provided to assist the military and civilian personnel. • Contractors will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and services to advise and assist USMILGP-Iraq's mission. • Performance will primarily occur in Baghdad and Erbil, Iraq, with potential for temporary duty in the Middle East and the United States. • Key personnel require a SECRET security clearance, and all contractor personnel must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
