Description
The City of Springfield is seeking proposals for Public Works Design or Engineering services for the Development of Hungry Hill Veterans Memorial Park. The project has an estimated construction cost of approximately $245,000, including designer services. The scope of work includes designer services through schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, award of constructions contract(s), construction administration, final closeout and warranty period. A site visit is scheduled for November 3, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. at Penacook and Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation in all contracts.
