Southern Public Health Facility

The County of Webb is seeking a qualified security company to provide on-site security guard services for the Southern Public Health Facility. The selected contractor will be required to provide one security guard on-site, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The guard will be responsible for monitoring and controlling public access, greeting and directing visitors, maintaining orderly operations, and responding to incidents and emergencies. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1702 and the Texas Administrative Code. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, workers' compensation, and commercial automobile liability. • The contractor must ensure that all security personnel are properly licensed, trained, and supervised. • The contractor must maintain accurate records and provide reports as required by the County. • The contractor must comply with the County's code of ethics and purchasing policies.
