Sewer Pipes and Fittings

Orange County, Florida is seeking bids for the provision of sewer pipes and fittings. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, and the successful bidder will be required to provide the specified materials and services. The bid evaluation will be based on the percentage discount offered from the respondent's submitted MSRP price list. The county reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to make the award to the respondent who, in the opinion of the county, will be in the best interest of and/or the most advantageous to the county. Key features of the job include: • Providing sewer pipes and fittings that meet the specifications and standards of the Orange County Utilities Division • Offering a percentage discount from the MSRP price list • Providing descriptive literature and/or detailed specifications for the products offered • Complying with all applicable federal and state laws, municipal and county ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over any part of the project • Providing references for similar projects
