Description
The FDA CBER seeks a turnkey CD spectropolarimeter system with autosampler, temperature control, software, and a dedicated workstation, plus two optional years of post‑warranty maintenance. The instrument must meet detailed optical, mechanical, and data‑handling specifications, support plate‑based high‑throughput sampling, and be delivered, installed, qualified, and trained within 90 days of award. The contract also includes a firm‑fixed‑price warranty and optional service extensions for up to three years.
• Fully integrated CD spectropolarimeter covering 163 nm‑950 nm (optional 800‑1600 nm) with CD, LD, and absorbance modes
• Automated 96‑well plate autosampler (≥192 samples/run, ≤250 µL per well) with temperature regulation
• Peltier temperature controller (‑40 °C to +130 °C) and refrigerated circulator (‑20 °C to +135 °C)
• 21 CFR Part 11‑compliant software and a Windows 11 workstation (≥16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD)
• Installation, calibration, on‑site training for two users, and a two‑year warranty
• Optional preventive‑maintenance contracts providing unlimited on‑site repairs within 3 business days
