IFB #38-26 David Scull Park Improvements Project

The City of Rockville is seeking bids for the David Scull Park Improvements Project, which involves the demolition of an existing 1970's-era restroom/shelter structure and the construction of a new modern pavilion with an ADA-accessible restroom. The project also includes site improvements such as a walkway, entryway, and landscape features. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, equipment, tools, and materials, as well as inspections, permitting, and as-built drawings. • Demolition of the existing structure and removal of debris • Construction of a new pavilion with an ADA-accessible restroom • Site improvements, including a walkway, entryway, and landscape features • Installation of site amenities, such as parking spaces, trash/recycling receptacles, and benches • Ensuring all new amenities are ADA compliant upon completion of the project
