LVMPD HQ Plumbing Drain Relining

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) is soliciting bids to relining the plumbing drain lines throughout its Headquarters facility. The scope includes trenchless pipe relining of underground PVC sewer lines, CCTV inspection of all lined pipe, relining of vent stacks and branch lines, removal and replacement of drywall where required, and full restoration of finishes (drywall repair and painting). The contractor must provide NASSCO PACP‑certified operators, supply all materials, manage site access, and submit separate cost rates for standard‑hour work and after‑hours work. The project is expected to be performed on a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (6 am‑4 pm) with the option for overtime at additional cost.
