Description
The State of Alabama’s Bureau of Clinical Laboratories is issuing a sole‑source Quick‑Quote service agreement to provide on‑site repair, maintenance, and parts coverage for Qiagen laboratory instruments. The contract covers three separate instruments (two EZ1 Advanced XL models and a QIAcube HT/QIAxtractor) with a 48‑hour (or 2‑business‑day) repair response, annual inspections, and full cost coverage for parts, labor, and travel. The agreement is valid from 30 September 2026 through 29 September 2027, with no loaner provision.
