Description
The Warren Housing Authority is seeking a contractor to complete heating and cooling modifications at the Kickemuit Village housing development. The work includes removing existing electric baseboard heat in 41 apartment bathrooms and replacing it with new electric baseboard heat on an adjacent wall. Additionally, the contractor will remove four existing floor-mounted mechanical units in the administrative office area and replace them with new split-system units. The project requires compliance with equal employment opportunities, bonding requirements, and other bidding and contract requirements.
