Metes and bounds surveying Saipan and Rota

The U.S. Government is seeking to lease land near the Saipan International Airport and Rota International Airport to construct storage warehouses and equipment pads. Metes and bounds surveys of each location are required for the CNMI Commonwealth Port Authority (CPA) to develop the lease agreements. The purpose of this amendment is to update section 2.1 Field Survey Services of the performance work statement. • The contractor will be required to perform metes and bounds surveys of the locations. • The surveys will be used to develop lease agreements. • The contractor must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended. • The contractor must submit offers that include all the required information and documentation.
