The University at Buffalo intends to procure electronic database library subscriptions through the NERL Consortium, C/O the Center for Research Libraries, pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163(3)(vi). This procurement is being made through a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process, as permitted when the purchase is justified by price. Vendors that provide electronic database subscription services and believe they can offer comparable pricing, terms, or services may contact the University at Buffalo regarding this procurement.
