Description
The Belchertown Public Schools is seeking bids for the renovation of the stadium field at Belchertown High School. The project includes the removal of existing site improvements and the construction of new site improvements, such as a new sodded turf field with soil modifications and amendments, and a new seeded lawn for the D-Zone areas. The project also includes the reinstallation of existing irrigation boxes, heads, and rotors, as well as the testing and repair of the irrigation system. The contractor will be required to provide pedestrian barricades, fencing, signage, and temporary egress measures to direct the public around the work area. The project has specific time constraints, and the contractor must be able to start work within five days of receiving a written notice to proceed.
