The Lee County Public Defender’s Office is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its two office locations in Opelika, Alabama, for a one‑year period. Services must be performed after business hours within a restricted evening window, include routine cleaning twice weekly and limited periodic deep‑clean tasks, and must adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols. The contractor must supply its own labor (no subcontracting) and use agency‑provided supplies.
