Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide approximately thirty rental vehicles, including sedans, passenger vans, and sport utility vehicles (SUVs), to support mission requirements. The vehicles must be in good, safe operating condition, free of excessive soil, rust, and damage, and must be a 2019-year model or newer. They must also meet national and state safety requirements and include certain safety features. The contractor will be required to deliver the vehicles to the Eielson Air Force Base Visitor Center and pick them up at the conclusion of the contract. The government will return the vehicles with the same amount of fuel they contained upon initial acceptance.
* The fleet shall consist of a mix of sedans, passenger vans, and SUVs.
* All vehicles must include unlimited mileage.
* Vehicles must meet national and state safety requirements and include certain safety features.
* The contractor shall provide full coverage insurance and roadside assistance at no additional cost to the government.
* The government will not be liable for the cost of renting a replacement vehicle if a disabled vehicle is not replaced by the contractor within 24 hours of initial notification.
