Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an SDVOSB authorized distributor to supply, deliver, install, and provide training for UltraScan Versa Premier Tables (sonographer chairs) at the Togus VA Medical Center in Augusta, Maine. The contractor must furnish four complete table systems with all listed accessories, ensure proper installation and coordination with the VA’s Contracting Officer’s Representative, and deliver on‑site training for clinical and engineering staff, all backed by a five‑year manufacturer’s warranty.
• Supply four UltraScan Versa Premier 292 tables plus base, push handles, IV pole, and accessories.
• Perform delivery, uncrating, assembly, installation, and final acceptance inspection at the VA facility.
• Provide on‑site training for clinical personnel and technical overview for engineering staff, with competency assessments.
• Comply with VA security, infection‑control, and privacy requirements; maintain a 30‑day firm price hold.
• Must be a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business and an authorized distributor of the OEM’s product.
