Description
The New Haven Community Schools are seeking bids for the roofing work for the Endeavor Middle School Remodel Project. The project involves labor, materials, equipment, and services to complete the roofing work. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically through PreconSuite, and each proposal must include a bid bond, Familial Disclosure Statement, Affidavit of Compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, and Prevailing Wage (LEO) registration. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
• The bidding documents consist of plans and specs prepared by French Associates.
• Documents will be available for download from PreCon Suite (Pipeline) on or after December 22, 2025.
• A copy of the documents will also be available for review at the offices of Auch Construction.
• Bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm, Friday, January 16th, 2025.
• Late bids will not be considered or accepted.
