Description
The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals for asphalt rejuvenation services. The successful proposer will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work required for the rejuvenating services. The services include the application of a penetrating asphalt rejuvenating emulsion with photocatalytic titanium dioxide to asphaltic concrete surface courses. The proposer must submit a proposal that includes a detailed scope of work, project understanding, approach, and schedule, as well as information on their team's experience and qualifications. The City of Raleigh reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality it deems in its best interest.
