The Regulatory Commission of Alaska has given notice that Alaska Power Company (APC) has filed a utility tariff filing, seeking to add Small Facility Power Purchase Rate (SFPPR) methodology for its Rate Group 5 customers. The proposed SFPPRs for Rate Group 5 are included in the notice. The Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from those proposed.
• The proposed SFPPRs for Rate Group 5 are: $0.5119/kWh for Allakaket/Alatna, $0.4413/kWh for Bettles/Evansville, $0.0225/kWh for Chistochina/Mentasta/Slana, $0.3241/kWh for Eagle/Eagle Village, $0.4307/kWh for Healy Lake, and $0.2382/kWh for Northway/Northway Village.

• Comments on the filing must be submitted by January 14, 2026, 5:00 p.m.
