CAL FIRE is seeking three dedicated self‑contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and personal protective equipment (PPE) decontamination washers to be placed at fire stations in Redding, Atwater, and Calistoga. The washers must meet NFPA 1851 cleaning standards, feature a rotating basket or drum, include an accessory spray tool for gross decontamination, provide programmable wash cycles with clean‑water rinse, and incorporate a chemical pump for solution proportioning. Bidders must submit a cost quote, certifications (small‑business/DVBE if applicable), a DARFUR vendor certification, a payee data record, a seller’s permit, a Bidder Declaration, and a CalRecycle post‑consumer recycled‑content certification. Shipping charges over $50 require a prepaid freight bill. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
