Description
The Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, is seeking a contractor to provide lease, maintenance, and support services for three (3) Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) Analyzers. The contractor shall provide all-inclusive support for the analyzers, including installation, validation, and training. The analyzers must be capable of testing for multiple assays in a single sample, including West Nile Virus, Hepatitis B Virus, Hepatitis C Virus, Human Immunodeficiency Virus, and Babesia. The contractor shall also provide 24/7 live telephone hotline support and on-site technical service response within 24 hours.
* The contractor shall provide an analyzer system that can fit within a 238 sq. ft. space.
* The contractor shall provide an analyzer system that does not require a dedicated water treatment system.
* The contractor shall provide a bi-directional interface with the hospital's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
* The contractor shall provide training to Government personnel.
* The contractor shall provide maintenance and technical support for the analyzer system.
