Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking to award a sole source contract for the upgrade and maintenance of the Texas Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (TLETS) infrastructure at Sheppard Air Force Base. The TLETS system is used for daily security operations, including instant criminal background checks, verification of driver's licenses and vehicle registrations, and identification of potential threats to the installation. The contract will be awarded to TSM Consulting Services, Inc., which has been the sole and primary contractor for the TLETS infrastructure since 2006.
