Amendment 4: SOW UPDATE - Phoenix Indian Medical Center Endoscopes Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for endoscopes used in the Operating Room at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC). The contractor will be responsible for diagnostics, repair, replacement of parts, shipping, labor, and travel. The contractor will also provide temporary loaner units at no additional cost to the Government. The contractor must have ready access to new OEM parts and must comply with all applicable Federal, Tribal, State, and local regulatory guidance. Some key points to consider are: • The contractor must be authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to perform all services included in this SOW. • The contractor must obtain and maintain all required manufacturer, Federal, Tribal, State, and local licenses and certifications necessary for performance of the services. • The contractor must provide detailed service reports and test reports for all services performed under this contract. • The contractor must comply with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements to safeguard patient information and maintain confidentiality.
