50 CES Burn Tower Maintenance Re-acquisition

The United States Space Force is seeking a contractor to perform inspection and maintenance of the Fire Department Burn House and other Firefighting props at Schriever SFB (SSFB). The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the Burn House and training props are inspected, maintained, and updated in accordance with National Fire Protection Association Standard (NFPA) 1403 Live Fire Training Evolutions and manufacturers' specifications. The scope of work includes structural inspection, repair, and mitigation of any issues found during the inspection. • The contractor will be responsible for inspecting the Burn House and training props. • The contractor will be required to remove portions of the burn liner to confirm structural integrity. • Any deteriorated components in the flash-over trainer will be replaced as needed. • The contractor will provide quotes and estimates for any repair work.
