Construction Manager at Risk for Northlands Water Reclamation Facility

The City of Georgetown is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Northlands Water Reclamation Facility. The selected CMAR will work with the City staff and Engineer to ensure an efficient design approach and construction delivery of the Project. The scope of work includes preconstruction services, construction support costs, and a construction manager at risk fee. The City is looking for a qualified Offeror with substantial and relevant experience in construction management. • The CMAR will be responsible for providing preconstruction services, including design approach and construction delivery. • The CMAR will work with the City staff and Engineer to ensure an efficient design approach and construction delivery. • The City is looking for a qualified Offeror with substantial and relevant experience in construction management. • The scope of work includes construction of the Northlands Water Reclamation Facility. • The City reserves the right to request clarification or additional information from Offerors. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any Proposal.
