Description
The Harrison County Board of Supervisors is seeking bids for aluminum bleachers. Unpriced bid qualification specifications will be accepted until August 27, 2026, and will be evaluated to determine which vendors will be invited to participate in an electronic reverse auction. The auction will be held on September 1, 2026.
• The bid specifications can be obtained at no charge from the website www.harrisoncountybids.com.
• Bidders are encouraged to submit their responses electronically.
• The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids based on a lowest and best bid determination.
• The contract may be held for review for up to 90 days after the bid submission date.
• The agency will not be responsible for bids that are not received due to force majeure events.
