Park Custodian for Bob Shetler Recreation Area at Saylorville Lake

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide custodial and minor maintenance duties at the Bob Shetler Recreation Area at Saylorville Lake in Iowa. The contractor will be required to live onsite for the period of performance each year. The services required include providing all labor, materials/supplies, transportation, and equipment to perform the duties as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor will be responsible for performing custodial duties at the recreation area. • The contractor will be required to live onsite for the period of performance each year. • The contractor will need to provide all labor, materials/supplies, transportation, and equipment to perform the duties. • The recreation area offers a wide variety of facilities, including boat launching ramps, campgrounds, full-service marinas, picnic areas, and sand swimming beaches.
