Description
The California Department of Transportation is seeking a certified Small Business (SB), including a micro business (MB), or a disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE) to perform an ADA stair upgrade in San Diego County. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to re-strip exterior stairs to Caltrans. The services shall be performed at the Caltrans District 11 Office located at 4050 Taylor Street, San Diego, CA 92110. The contractor must possess a valid and current C-15 - Flooring and Floor Covering Contractors license issued by the California Contractor State License Board (CSLB) and a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage rates and workers' compensation insurance.
• The contractor must provide a price quote that includes all required documents and information.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection.
• The contractor must submit all questions and requests for clarification in writing.
• The contractor must comply with all requirements and specifications outlined in the solicitation package.
