Grant Writer Services Pool

The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) is seeking a pool of highly qualified grant professionals to provide grant research, writing, and submission services on an as-needed basis. The selected contractors will assist NDDPI with grant application opportunities that align with the Strategic Vision Framework, ND Legislative Flexibilities, and agency mission. The scope of work includes developing a project management plan, preplanning and strategy for grant proposal responses, preparing grant applications, and providing recommendations regarding various aspects of grant programs. The contractors will work closely with NDDPI to achieve the objectives of the grants and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
