The New Hampshire Veterans Home is seeking a qualified dental contractor to provide comprehensive on‑site dental services for its resident population. The contract will be non‑exclusive, covering examinations, preventive care, denture work, extractions, and related oral‑health education, with a minimum service frequency of 26 dentist‑led sessions and 12 hygienist visits per year. The contractor must supply licensed dental personnel, equipment, maintain HIPAA compliance, carry required malpractice insurance, and integrate dental records into each resident’s medical chart. The term is up to three years with an optional two‑year extension, and the State may terminate with 90‑day notice.
