Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA) intends to award a sole source contract for the procurement of Astronics Test Systems, specifically four P2R-14 Electronic Test Set Configurations and four Configured Pinpoint Alpha Systems. The contractor must provide the systems, which are currently fielded in the training classroom, and ensure that the introduction of any other manufacturer's hardware will not affect the operators' or the fleet's ability to utilize the key applications developed for the existing hardware. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide documentation from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) verifying that they are an authorized reseller/distributor of the products.
